The SEARCH Foundation was formed in 1997 to assist special event professionals faced with a life threatening illness. Since that time it has expanded to include not only illness, but also any catastrophic occurrence.
Crisis means many things to many people. Your entire neighborhood washed away in a flood, being ravaged by wildfires, or lost in a tornado. A routine check-up coming back with the dreaded words "you have cancer." A car accident that leaves you impaired or hospitalized for an extended period of time.
The events industry is a group of passionate professionals made up of many small business owners. Who do you turn to when you are faced with disaster or unable to perform your job and keep your business open?
Turn to SEARCH. SEARCH relies on donations from industry individuals and corporations.
The SEARCH Foundation is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the SEARCH Foundation will be deductible as charitable contributions to the extent permissible by law.
